Full Return Policy
At Supply Service Group, LLC, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every
purchase. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item is sent, you may request a return
under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
1. Request Deadline – A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the product.
2. Condition of Items –
- Chemicals and Paper Products: These items cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.
- Equipment: Equipment may be returned but may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Customer-Damaged Items: Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
3. Company Discretion – Supply Service Group, LLC reserves the right to refuse a return if:
- The request is submitted outside the 7-day return window.
- The product shows signs of use, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.
Return Request Process
- All return requests must be submitted via email to: info@supplyservicegroup.com.
- Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item (if applicable).
- Once reviewed, our team will provide instructions for approved returns.
Additional Terms
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item,
defective, or damaged product).
- Refunds or replacements will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
